Our policy states that we may cancel an order if the shipping cost exceeds our free shipping coverage. Nevertheless, we always inform customers and provide the option to pay the extra shipping cost if they’d still like to proceed. Most of our customers understand and are happy to go ahead. However, this is completely optional and if you’re not comfortable with the additional charge, we can simply cancel the order and process a full refund for you.
